There’s just so much offered and for free that I have no idea how any paid solution has managed to withstand this level of competition. This includes the ability to stream, record voice and video, mix, add a ton of effects and other things to your video stream, etc. It is an open-source solution that gives you all that you require. However, OBS offers so much and wants nothing in return.
I know I’ve said that the list is in no particular order and that everything is up to preference. OBS is definitely the best recording software you can get today.
